Villages of Lake Highlands is luxurious senior health care facility. The building features one hundred private suites, and twenty-seven companion suites, with each companion suite divided by a fixed wall for privacy. Each residential unit contains a bath complete with a sink, shower and toilet. The resident rooms are well appointed with high quality fixtures, furniture, and finishes to provide a warm residential design aesthetic. Each room features a 43” television specifically designed to meet the needs of seniors with larger display fonts, a simplified remote control, and senior oriented programming.

There are five dining areas including a private dining room for special family celebrations. There are eight living rooms which provide quiet gathering areas for residents and their families, an activity room, a multipurpose room, and a beauty salon. The facility’s most unique feature is five enclosed well landscaped courtyards; thirty-seven resident rooms feature back doors providing direct but secure courtyard access.

The facility boasts a beautiful 4,000 square foot rehabilitation gym, and a specially designed therapy apartment to provide seniors the ability to practice routine daily activities in a non-ADA apartment complete with kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry so seniors may return home with confidence. The gym also contains several pieces of state-of-the-art therapy equipment designed to speed recovery and improve functional outcomes.
